No, all products are made to order. We customize per drawings or samples. Kindly feel free to send us your specifications.

What about the highest accuracy you can reach?
The highest accuracy we can reach is ISO 4, but actually, it depends on the dimensions and designs.
How long does it take to custom-made gears?
Usually, it takes about 45 days~90 days for production depending on whether a custom tool or mold is required. Then it would take about 3~7 days by air, or 30~45 days by ocean to deliver to your door.
What kind of quality report do you provide?
Usually, we provide material cert, hardness report, dimension report, and accuracy report(including Profile, Lead, and Pitch parameter graphs). If other documents are necessary, such as PPAP, please let us know.
What are your payment terms?
Usually T/T, L/C are acceptable. Feel free to let us know if you have any special requirement.
